On the information that the vehicle got stuck in the swamp in the rapid flow of the river in Chila Rishikesh, taking prompt action by constables Harish Bhatt and Balbir Singh, appointed in the Pauri Police, with the help of a tractor, the vehicle was pulled out of the rapid flow of the river and all the persons were safely rescued.
