Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj held a review meeting with the concerned officials in view of the preparations for the Kanwar Yatra, in which the status of the traffic plan, the status of the passengers' stay and parking during the yatra, and the plan of the district administration were discussed. Along with this, he gave many important guidelines including repairing damaged roads on the yatra route, setting up temporary medical camps, showering flowers on kanwariyas, setting up stalls for water etc. to protect from the heat, keeping cleanliness.
