A bus carrying passengers from Rajasthan to Uttarakhand while going from Shri Badrinath to Rishikesh overturned on the road due to brake failure at Chamdhar (between Shrikot and Dhari Devi). On this information, the SDRF immediately reached the spot and coordinated with the district police and rescued 31 passengers in the bus. Passengers who suffered minor injuries were also given first aid by the team.
