Kotwali Bageshwar Police taking cognizance of the video going viral on social media by a young man resident of Chaugaonchhina Deval Dhar Bageshwar stunting on a bike on Takula Road, the said youth was called to Kotwali Bageshwar and counseled and warned for the future by taking tactful action.
