On the previous day, under the chairmanship of DSP, Barkot, Mr. Surendra Singh Bhandari, a meeting of the Peace Committee was organized at Police Station Barkot, in which a discussion was held regarding law and order. The CO Barkot appealed to the Municipal President, Local Business Board, Hotel Association and all sections of enlightened people to maintain mutual harmony, brotherhood and peace and law and order. In the meeting, a demand was made by all the people of the area mainly for verification of outsiders and monitoring of undesirable elements.
