Dehradun Police arrested 03 persons from Maldevta and 02 persons from Raipur for creating hooliganism in public places after drinking liquor in Maldevta, Maharana Pratap Stadium, Balawala, Ring Road, and Mayur Vihar area. Along with this, 52 people were challaned and fined Rs 13,000 for spoiling the atmosphere by drinking alcohol in public places.
