On the previous day, Sports Minister Rekha Arya inaugurated the 'five-day competition' of 'All India Civil Services Kabaddi Tournament' (Men and Women) 2022-23 in Dehradun. Where march past was done by all the teams and salute was taken. Along with wishing and congratulating all the players, the minister asked everyone to play the game with emotion.
