CM Dhami inaugurated Bal Gurukulam while participating in the annual function of Jeevandeep Academy Gurukulam Vidyalaya, Roorkee, Haridwar today. He also encouraged the wrestling wrestlers of Shri Siddhabali Hanuman Wrestling Arena by talking to them.
