CM Dhami inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 37 schemes worth ₹ 298 crores while participating in the Livelihood Festival organized at Hawalbagh, Almora. During the program, CM Dhami announced to re-develop the historic Patal Bazar of Almora in a phased manner, to renovate the Women's Hospital, Almora.
