Last day, smuggler Kunwar Singh, son of Gajendra Singh, resident of Pipalkoti Road Navodaya Vidyalaya Band Old Teen Shed, resident of village Lyari Thana Post, Urgam Tehsil Joshimath district Chamoli was arrested while transporting illegal charas from the possession of the accused. 1 kg 600 gram of Charas was recovered.
