Police arrested 24-year-old charas smuggler Pawan Singh Devli, resident of Chaurasthal police station Kapkot district Bageshwar, with 872.5 grams of charas from the Bhimtal police station area. During interrogation, it was found that charas smugglers buy charas from hilly areas at cheap prices and sell them at high prices in plain areas.
