Rescue operation is being conducted by the SDRF team since midnight on the information of cloudburst in village Sarkhet, Raipur in Dehradun. More than 40 people have been rescued from Sarkhet village and taken to a safe place. Disaster relief rescue work is being done by the SDRF team.
