CM Dhami reached Haldwani on the previous day and paid homage by paying floral tributes to the body of martyr Lance Naik Chandrashekhar Harbola Ji in Siachen and said that the country will always remember the sacrifice of martyr Chandrashekhar Ji. The CM said that the memories of Chandrashekhar Ji would be established in Sainik Dham.
