CM Dhami participated in the Partition Vibhishika Memorial Day program organized by Uttaranchal Punjabi Mahasabha at Jesus Public School, Gangapur Road, Rudrapur on the previous day. On this occasion, he also saw the release of a book titled Khoon Ke Aanand on Partition's horror by Panchjanya and a documentary based on Partition's horror. CM Dhami honored 400 fighters who suffered the pain of partition by giving mementos and wished them a long life.
