Habib alias Gulzar killed a young man named Kamaruddin by stabbing him in Dhandera Roorkee for not returning one thousand rupees. SHO Roorkee Devendra Singh Chauhan, who was in search of the murderer, with the help of SSI Roorkee Kedar Singh Chauhan and constable Gulshan Negi, arrested the accused Habib alias Gulzar with a knife in just two hours and took action as per rules.
