Ex-servicemen burnt the effigy of Khanpur MLA Pranav Singh in Durga Colony of Khanpur Vidhan Sabha, Roorkee on Thursday. Ex-servicemen say, they have abused Uttarakhand and at the same time insulted the soldiers. The ex-servicemen said that we have been making them MLAs for 20 years, but this time they will boycott them.
