Vandana alias Reena had asked for a cycle from her mother in Mayur Vihar, Krishna Enclave, Raipur. When the mother refused to bring the cycle, Reena locked herself in the room and committed suicide by putting a sheet on the fan. There is an atmosphere of mourning in the family.
