Department of Animal Husbandry District Uttarkashi organized a medical and infertility prevention camp in village Pali, village Kuthnaur and village Ojri, Yamunotri, from which about 80 animals benefited and about 60 animals participated in the camp. In the camp, all herders were informed about National Livestock Insurance and also informed about other departmental plans. At the same time, it was also informed that only insured horses mule can be used during Chardham Yatra.
