During checking, Kichha police arrested an accused who was cultivating opium behind Goswami Dhaba located at Khupia Gate, ahead of Kali Mandir Tiraha. A total of 12 kg of opium green saplings and 2 kg of opium poppy have been recovered from the opium cultivation being carried out by the accused.
