Health Minister Dr Dhan Singh Rawat inaugurated the basketball and volleyball court built in the campus of Government Medical College in Srinagar, an open gym for boys and girls and the newly constructed Skill Centre in the Base Hospital. He said that this will help students to learn new skills and improve health services.
