Cabinet Minister Rekha Arya participated in the parade organized on the foundation day of the Provincial Armed Constabulary in Dehradun. Playing the role of parade inspector at the PRD Directorate in Dehradun, she inspected the parade and took the salute of various battalions and wished all the soldiers.
